Job Description
Salary : 13000 in hand + 750 weekly incentives + attendance bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking:

Accurately pick items from storage shelves or racks according to order sheets or app-based instructions.

Verify product details such as brand, weight, and quantity to ensure the correct items are picked.

Use handheld scanning devices or mobile apps to track inventory and confirm selections in real time.

Identify product substitutions where necessary (e.g., if an item is out of stock), following standard operating procedures.
Packing and Quality Assurance:

Carefully pack selected items in designated packaging (bags, boxes, or containers), ensuring that fragile or perishable items are handled properly.

Double-check orders before sealing to verify that all items are included and in good condition.

Label packages with customer details and delivery tags for easy tracking and dispatch.

Ensure that items are packed efficiently to minimize damage during transportation and optimize space.
Stock Management and Inventory Control:

Assist in restocking shelves, bins, or storage areas with incoming stock.

Notify supervisors of low-stock items, inventory discrepancies, or damaged products.

Follow inventory rotation practices, especially for perishable goods (e.g., FIFO – First In, First Out).

Keep track of expiration dates and remove expired or unsellable items from the inventory.
Store/Warehouse Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the picking and packing area.

Follow hygiene and safety protocols while handling food or sensitive products.

Adhere to safety rules related to lifting, stacking, and operating any equipment or carts.
Coordination with Team and Delivery Staff:

Coordinate with delivery executives or dispatch teams to ensure that packed orders are handed over promptly and accurately.

Report any issues related to delays, missing items, or packaging problems to the shift supervisor.

Communicate clearly with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process.
Use of Technology and Tools:

Operate scanning devices, tablets, or mobile apps for task assignments, stock tracking, and order verification.

Learn and use inventory or warehouse management systems for day-to-day operations.
