*Position :*Picker Packer male female both
*Location :-* Grant Road ( Mumbai)
*Salary Budget :-* 13500 in hand + 2000 Attendance Bonus + 1500 TA Total salary - 17000 in hand
*Total Salary :-* 17000 inhand
*Job Time :-* 7am to 4pm & 1Pm to 10pm & 10pm to 7am - Shift timing
*Qualification :-* 10th & 12th Both can apply

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Picking

Accurately pick items from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders, using handheld scanners or picking lists.
Ensure that all products are selected in the correct quantity, size, and color (if applicable) based on the order.
Operate manual and automated picking equipment safely, including carts, forklifts, and pallet jacks (if trained).
Double-check item codes and product specifications before picking to avoid errors.
Prioritize high-volume or urgent orders to meet deadlines.

2. Packing Orders

Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit using appropriate packing materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam, etc.).
Ensure that all items are properly labeled with shipping addresses, tracking numbers, and any necessary documentation.
Assemble orders in the correct packaging size and format for different shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
Follow company guidelines for labeling, boxing, and weighing products.
Use packing tools like tape guns, heat sealers, and strapping machines to ensure items are securely packed.

3. Quality Control

Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and notify supervisors if items are damaged.
Ensure that packed orders match the specifications and customer requirements before they are dispatched.
Perform random checks on packed orders to verify correctness.
Ensure packing standards meet customer expectations and minimize returns due to packaging or order errors.

4. Inventory Management

Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking shelves, verifying stock levels, and updating inventory records.
Help with periodic stock counts to ensure that the warehouse maintains an accurate inventory.
Report any discrepancies in stock or damages to the supervisor or warehouse manager.
Assist in organizing the warehouse to ensure items are easy to find and efficiently picked.

5. Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment

Keep your workspace clean and organized to optimize efficiency and safety.
Comply with all safety standards and procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials (if applicable).
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Follow all company health and safety policies, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

6. Collaboration with Team Members

Work closely with other pickers, packers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate any issues, concerns, or delays to the warehouse supervisor or manager.
Be flexible with assigned tasks as operational needs may change throughout the day.
Provide support to other team members during peak periods, such as holidays or promotions.
