Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking:

Accurately pick grocery items from shelves or storage areas based on customer orders.

Verify product quality, expiration dates, and quantities while picking items.

Ensure adherence to store procedures for order accuracy and efficiency.

Packing:

Pack grocery items carefully to prevent damage during transit or delivery.

Label items correctly, including fragile products or special instructions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing areas to ensure efficiency.

Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies.

Rotate stock to ensure older items are used or sold first (FIFO – First In, First Out).

Help in replenishing shelves and storage areas as required.

Ensure compliance with store standards and hygiene regulations.

Report expired, damaged, or missing items to supervisors immediately.
