Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to manage pickup and drop-off of laundry items from customers’ locations. When there are no scheduled pickups or deliveries, the candidate will assist other team members in daily tasks such as sorting, folding, packaging, or customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:

Pickup and deliver laundry items to and from customer locations on time.

Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries.

Communicate with customers professionally regarding their laundry schedules.

Assist in laundry operations such as sorting, folding, tagging, or packaging when not on delivery duty.

Support other team members in various tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle (if company-provided).

Follow all safety and hygiene standards during handling of laundry.
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license, Aadhaar Card and clean driving record (if applicable).

Basic knowledge of routes and local areas, or if out of the city should have knowledge to access Google Maps routes.

Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Prior experience in delivery or laundry service is a plus but not mandatory.
