Job Description
Job Summary :
- We are looking for a highly energetic candidate as a Placement Co-ordinator who will be actively involved in placement sessions of the candidates introduced by Dexter Skill Development.
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Regular Company visits to build strong relationship with Clients
- Placement for Healthcare students and other related fields according to the requirements
- Submission of Placement plan according to the Project Guidelines
- Requirement/Lead Generation(Client Database)
- Preparation of monthly Placement MIS and Record keeping
- Identification of Placement load and Skill Set Mapping
- Meeting the targeted Placements set by the management
- Responsible for the Placement of the students at PAN India level
- Must have Good Communication Skills
- Candidate should be Pro-active and confident
- Excellent Presentation and Convincing Skills
- Zeal to take initiatives & work with the management on Skill Development Projects
- Multi-tasking abilities and Co-ordination skills
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Salary no bar for deserving Candidate
