Placement Co-ordinator Jobs in Mumbai - Pratham Infotech Foundation

Major Responsibilities

•  Coordinate with Program team to know the formal Batch Start Date of any new batch
  
• Collect Students’ Data within 15 days once the enrollment is over
  
• Start approaching HRs soon after the enrollment is over to request them to come for Guest Lecture at various centers (wherever possible to them)
  
• Plan his/her own Soft Skill sessions in consultation with program team
  
• Ensure students are well informed about the Placement Dates soon after they join the course along with other important dates. Share these dates to Fellows and CCs also.
  
• To ensure students prepare their CVs in first month as a part of MS Word project/ assignment.
  
• Coordinate with program team and Fellows if necessary
  
• Start contacting HRs once the students complete 1 month to plan for a placement event (it usually takes time to finalize dates and get JDs, thus need to contact immediately after a month)
  
• Placement event conducted 15 days prior the course completion will be the main placement event. 2nd event (with certificate distribution will be on need basis.)
  
• Finalize Venue and other necessary arrangements for the event with Program Coordinator.
  
• Collect JDs from HRs and Recruitment Agencies before the placement event and share them with Fellows (at least 1 week prior the event) and PIF team
  
• During the Placement Events collect necessary data from HRs (Their contact details and School wise- Total number of Interviewees, Shortlisted and Selected before they leave )
  
• Compile and Maintain HR/ Recruiters details in a specific folder
  
• Do necessarily follow up with HRs post placement 
• Follow up with selected and shortlisted students in Job Fair, after the Job Fair to encourage them join and get placed, update their final status
  
• Follow up with all jobseeker students in each batch regularly after batch completion to update their job status
  
• Share the event report to donors and PIF Team
