Job Summary:

The Placement Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with companies, organizations, and recruiters to secure job and internship opportunities for students or candidates. This role involves strategizing placement activities, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring high placement success rates. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to match candidates with suitable job roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry Collaboration & Employer Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR professionals, and industry leaders.
Identify job and internship opportunities across various industries.
Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Partner with organizations for exclusive hiring programs and training collaborations.

Candidate Preparation & Career Counseling:

Guide students or job seekers on resume building, interview techniques, and career planning.
Conduct mock interviews, career workshops, and soft skills training sessions.
Help candidates understand job market trends and required skills.
Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews and professional settings.

Placement Strategy & Performance Monitoring:

Develop strategies to improve placement rates and employer satisfaction.
Track and analyze placement statistics, employment trends, and candidate success rates.
Provide regular placement reports and feedback to management.
Stay updated with industry hiring trends and evolving job market demands.

Alumni & Corporate Relations:

Engage with alumni networks for mentorship and placement opportunities.
Organize networking events and panel discussions with industry experts.
