Abhiyaan Foundation is seeking a dedicated and proactive Placement Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Placement Officer is to establish and maintain relationships with companies to identify employment opportunities, place students in suitable positions, and facilitate the overall placement process.
Key Responsibilities:-
o Visit and connect with various companies to understand their vacancy requirements.
o Identify suitable job opportunities for students based on their skills and aspirations.
o Coordinate with students to prepare them for interviews and placements.
o Maintain a database of company contacts and ongoing placement activities.
o Organize placement drives and job fairs in collaboration with partner companies.
o Provide guidance and support to students throughout the placement process.
o Ensure timely communication between students and recruiters.
Qualifications:-
o Graduation, Post-Graduation, or MBA in any discipline.
o Freshers are welcome; 0-1 year of experience preferred but not mandatory.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to travel and visit companies as needed.
o Proactive and motivated.
