Job Description
- Whenever students come from training centers you will receive them and take them to their placed Companies and complete all the joining formalities of students.
- Take the Snap Short of the student with their company name board.
- Place the students in hostels which are near to their working companies.
- Take the OJT (On Job Training) Conformation Letters from the students who are joined in companies recently.
- After one month take the OJT (On Job Training) Completion letters from the students.
- Maintain All the student details like their Name, Mobile Number, Father Name, Father Mobile number, Address Proof, Bank Account Details, Photos, Placed Company Name, Joining Date, and Placed Hostel Name, Warden name, Warden mobile number, Warden Account Details, Offer Letters, Pay slips and Bank Statements in excel sheets as well as in Drives.
- You need to track the students whether they are working in a placed company or not once in 10days.
