Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant Administrator to oversee administrative functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, manage documentation, support HR and finance activities, and coordinate with different departments to maintain efficiency in plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
  • Oversee office administration, supplies, and facility maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for plant operations.
  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for plant-related requirements.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and communication between departments.
HR & Employee Coordination:
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety policies, and company regulations.
Operations & Compliance:
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and support plant security, access control, and visitor management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and administrative software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
