Job description
A Plant HR Executive is responsible for managing the human resources functions within a specific manufacturing or production plant, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes tasks like recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and ensuring a positive work environment. Here's a more detailed breakdown of common responsibilities :Core Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs and implementing programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance appraisal processes, providing feedback, and developing improvement plans.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- HR Records Management: Maintaining accurate personnel files and other HR-related records.
- Compensation and Benefits: Managing salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits programs.
- Employee Engagement: Promoting initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
- Administration: Managing day-to-day HR operations, including leave management and attendance.
