Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The candidate must bring strong expertise in manufacturing & chemical industry processes, while also overseeing plant interior planning, space optimization, and layout design for efficient workflow and safety.
Years of Experience: Minimum 15 to 25 Years
Education Required:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
15 – 25 years of experience in manufacturing & chemical industry with plant operations leadership.
Proven experience in plant layout planning, space design, and expansion projects is highly preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in manufacturing operations & chemical industry processes.
- Expertise in plant layout planning, interior designing for industrial plants, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent leadership & team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of EHS standards, statutory compliance, and ISO practices.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Posting Location: Factory
Language Known: English, Hindi, Bengali
Married /Unmarried: Married Preference.
Salary Range:
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
PF, ESI, Gratuity, and statutory benefits.
Long-term career growth in senior leadership roles.
Vehicle Requirement: Yes Preferable (Not Mandatory)
Gender: Male
