Job Description:
· Monitoring the type of chemicals used in the production process
· Storing and labelling the chemicals in correct containers
· Weighing the chemicals and checking the temperature of the same
· Ensuring all safety precautions and health protocols are being followed at all times
· Identifying any issues in the production process and troubleshooting the same
· Reporting any on-site accidents and injuries to the senior management
· Overseeing the quality of the production process and suggesting improvement measures
· Wearing safety gear when performing daily activities
· Adjusting and controlling the temperature and pressure of the chemical processing equipment
· Ensuring that the chemicals are handled and transported in a safe manner
· Checking if equipment is in working order and scheduling repairs
