Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

- Report daily operations to plant managers or higher authorities.
Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve machinery breakdowns or production issues swiftly.
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing, preferably in the chemical or dyes industry.
- Skills: Leadership, process knowledge, safety compliance, and communication.
