Job Title: PMO BI & Management Reporting Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled PMO BI & Management Reporting Analyst to develop

professional dashboards, management reports and actionable insights from project,

portfolio, financial, resource and operational data.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, data

analytics, Power Point and AI tools and should be capable of managing the complete

reporting cycle—from data collection and validation to analysis, visualization,

management insights and reporting automation.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop professional Power BI dashboards and management reports for senior

leadership and PMO.

 Create dashboards covering project/portfolio health, Financial health,

milestones, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and governance

KPIs.

 Collect, consolidate and validate data from Project Managers, functional teams and

multiple systems.

 Maintain accurate, timely and reliable reporting datasets and support a single

source of truth.

 Perform trend, variance and root-cause analysis and identify risks, exceptions and

early-warning indicators.

 Convert complex data into clear management insights, key concerns and

recommended actions.

 Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based MIS, analytical models and automated

reporting templates.

 Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and relevant analytics tools to

improve analysis, reporting and productivity, while validating all outputs.

 Identify opportunities to automate data collection, consolidation, dashboard refresh

and recurring reports.

 Manage reporting calendars and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely

submission of required data.

 Experience with Jira, ERP, project management or portfolio management tools

 PMO / Project Management reporting experience

Experience

4–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Management Reporting, MIS, Business

Analytics, PMO Analytics or Project/Portfolio Reporting.
