Job Role for Field Associate: 

·         Hire & manage ground-level volunteers

·         Identify & make contact with general political influencers in the area

·         Use digital media platforms to increase campaigns

·         Managing vendor selection, local promotion, collateral printing, etc for all campaigns

·         Conducting Ongroud Survey with local people

·         Escalating Daily Updates with respective Zonal Heads

·         Organizing and Participating in all Rally’s

Additional roles for Zonal Head

·         Managing Field 6-10 Field Associates

·         Daily work reporting to the Heads

·         Prepare all required documents for the Zone

Candidate requirement:

·         Must be a Graduate or Higher secondary holder

·         Must have his own Bike for travel

·         Must have Anroid Smart phone and should know to use emails

·         Should speak Bengali and understand English and Hindi

·         Should be interested in Politics or Govt

·         Understanding of Local Culture, Demographics and Political nature

·         Good connect with Local people

·         Experience in any sales field will be considered

·         Fresher’s are welcomed with interest in Politics

·         Openings for anywhere in West Bengal (Nearest branch will be allocated for work)
