Post-Doctoral Fellow job recruitment in Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal (IISER Bhopal)

Title of the Research Project: “Tailoring the Phonon Environment of Embedded Rydberg Aggregates”.

Qualification & Experience: PhD degree in theoretical quantum physics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in numerical simulations/ many-body techniques/ cold atoms/ quantum optics / open systems. The work will involve challenging numerical calculations using HPC as well as analytical analysis of (open) quantum many body systems.

Salary: Rs. 39000.00-52000.00

Duration: 1 year and extendable to 1.5-2 years subject to satisfactory performance or additional funding.
