Job Description
Applications are invited for the position of Post Doctoral Fellows (PDFs) to work in the fields of semiconductor Nanomaterials and Thin films, energy storage, photovoltaics, thermoelectrics and magnetic materials under Nanotechnology Research Centre (NRC), SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), Kattankulathur, Chennai, India.
Eligibility: Ph.D in Physics/chemistry/Materials Science and Engineering/Nanoscience & Nanotechnology).
Desirable: Several first-authored publications in reputed peer reviewed journals. Strong background in materials synthesis and characterization, Hand-on-experience in thin films growth using sputtering and/or pulsed laser deposition technique will be an added advantage.
Fellowship: Rs. 35000-45,000 (based on experience and expertise)
Tenure: Initially for one year, will be extended for another year based on performance)
