Post-Doctoral Scholars recruitment in IIM Bangalore
Qualifications: Prospective applicants must have a strong background (PhD /Master’s Degree) in Political Science, Public Health, Finance, Development Studies, Economics, or other Social Science disciplines. Basic knowledge of econometrics and a statistical package (SAS/STATA/R) is required. Previous experience of working with large datasets/primary field work will be an asset. The candidate should have a strong attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask. The applicant will need to have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to be a team player as the position involves coordinating and working with diverse teams.
Stipend: An all-inclusive monthly emoluments in the range of Rs.40,000 (Rupees Forty Thousand only) to Rs.45,000 (Rupees Forty-five Thousand only) for a Post-Doctoral scholar and Rs. 30,000 for a Masters student, plus an additional house rent allowance of Rs.8,000 (Rupees Eight Thousand) per month based on educational qualification and experience of the applicant will be considered. Annual increment will be based on performance
