Job Description
Internal Business Title: Quality – Technician External
Business Title: Manager – Quality Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System (QMS) documentation: Create and maintain the
QMS documentation. Evaluate and implement changes as per submitted change request
2. Learning Management System (LMS): Implement the QMS documentation in the LMS. Reporting the status of trainings
3. Corrective and Preventive actions (CAPA): Responsible for handling of CAPAs include external and internal audits Monitor and report the timely execution of CAPAs
4. Ensuring the availability of documentation for external audits
5. Preparation of Management Review Reports 6. Implement new process of QMS documentation
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Engineering – preferably mechanical, electrical or electronics.
Knowledge of global QMS standards, regulations related to active medical devices. Experience: Around 4 years in handling similar activities in a facility dealing with active medical devices
