Postdoctoral Fellow Job in IISER Mohali at Mohali

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals to work as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Femtosecond Laser Lab at IISER Mohali in SERB project on the application of attosecond pulses. 

Eligibility: The candidate must have a PhD in Physics in the areas related to ultrafast laser, atomic and molecular physics. Additional experimental experience with high harmonics generation, attosecond pulses, vacuum handling will be preferred. Evidence of design and developments of pump-probe optical setup is also desired. 

Positions: One 

Duration: The initial appointment will be for one year with a possible extension for the second year depending on the satisfactory performance by the candidate. 

Salary: Payment of emoluments will be made in accordance with the DST rules.
