with 2 years' experiences
POSTER DESIGNER:
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio of poster or graphic design work.
- Understanding of cinematic aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Collaborative team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Required Software: Photoshop/illustrator

Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:

Conceptualize and create original poster designs based on the brief provided by the marketing or creative team.

Incorporate brand guidelines, logos, and other elements into poster layouts to maintain brand consistency.

Use color theory, typography, images, and composition principles to design eye-catching and effective posters.

Develop different poster formats, including digital posters for social media, websites, and print-ready files.
Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing managers, event coordinators, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Present design concepts and prototypes to clients or internal teams for feedback and revisions.

Coordinate with printers and production teams to ensure accurate color reproduction and print quality.
Editing and Revisions:

Revise and adjust designs based on feedback from clients or supervisors.

Ensure final designs meet technical specifications for various media (print, digital, outdoor).

Prepare multiple design options and variations for approval.
Trend Research and Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Experiment with new design techniques and styles to enhance creativity.

Suggest innovative ideas to improve visual communication and engagement.
Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Organize files and maintain design archives for easy access and future use.

Maintain a portfolio of completed poster designs for internal review and marketing purposes.
