Power BI Developer

Job description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience/training

• 0-3 years of experience or good knowledge in implementing Power BI solutions on cloud

• 0-3 years of experience working with Power BI on Snowflake and AWS

• Experience with development in Power BI Report Builder, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Online

• In-depth knowledge building dynamic measures using advanced DAX techniques

• Knowledge of data mashups and transformations using Power Query/M language

• Experience designing and developing datasets to ensure ease of use and minimal knowledge by the end users for self-service

• Knowledge of managing Power BI Workspaces, Datasets reports, and Dashboards

• Knowledge of managing and implementing Power BI development pipelines

• Strong understanding of Power BI application security layer models, row-Level security, restricting sharing and publishing, restricting export and printing

• Knowledge of Power BI tenant and workspace management for development, testing, and deployment processes

• Knowledge of Power BI Premium capacities and Workspace Group Management

• SQL knowledge, including writing complex, performant queries to pull data from multiple platforms

• Participate in design/code reviews

• Drive estimation of technical components and tracks team's progress

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Agile Development methodology

• Strong communication skills
