Field Engineers/Field Supervisors  Jobs opportunity in Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd

Field Engineers -Post Code :FE /Total: 04 (UR-02,OBC-01,SC-01)

Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech /  B.Sc. (Engg.)/ AMIE in Electronics and Communication discipline with minimum 55% marks from recognized University / Institute .

Experience: One year Post Qualification Experience in design, engineering of optical fibre network, adequate experience of construction, Testing and Commissioning, operation and maintenance activities of Optical Fibre network system (SDH/DWDM/G-PON/MPLS, etc.). Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in Telecom sector shall be preferred.

Pay Scale : Rs.30000


Field Supervisors -Post Code : FS /Total: 14 (UR - 08,OBC – 02,SC – 03,ST – 01,PwD -1 (OH/HH)   

Qualification:  Diploma Engineering in Electronics and Communication Discipline from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks.

Experience:One year Post Qualification Experience of construction, Testing and Commissioning, operation and maintenance activities of Optical Fibre network system (SDH/DWDM/G-PON/MPLS, etc.). Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in Telecom sector shall be preferred.

Pay Scale : Rs.23000

Upper Age Limit As On 15.10.2016 : 29 Years

Selection Procedure: (A) Field Engineer : 1. Selection for the post of Field Engineer will involve Interview only ,(B) Field Supervisor : 1. Selection for the post of Field Supervisors shall consist of Written Test only. The Written Test shall be held at RANCHI.

Application Fee: 01. Field Engineer(FE) Rs. 200, 02. Field Supervisor (FS) Rs. 100.

Application Fee is to be paid in form of A/C Payee Demand Draft in favour of “POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD.” Payable at PATNA (preferably drawn on State Bank of India). Application fee is not refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Note: SC/ST/Pwd and Ex-servicemen are exempted from payment of application fee.
