Job Description
Responsibilities
Design and develop applications and solutions within PayPal using Power Platform technologies, such as Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents. Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Provide coaching and consulting to PayPal internal users. Admin licensing and other administrative stuff of Power Platform.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success within a professional business services environment, including the following areas:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success within a professional business services environment, including the following areas:
- Assisting in building out a Power Platform center of excellence (COE) for PayPal;
- Understanding Microsoft Cloud collaboration platforms including Azure, Power Platform, and Office;
- Managing cloud infrastructure and responding to support requests regarding environment/CDS/Gateway management, modern authentication protocols, Data Loss Prevention (DLP);
- Understanding of REST APIs, PowerShell, SQL;
- Being familiar with application development methodologies and programming languages, administrating systems, infrastructure operations, service management principles, Windows server and desktop administration;
- Working collaboratively to provide design guidance for specific projects that follows the enterprise architecture vision and adheres to applicable application technology roadmaps and standards;
- Understanding and mitigating the impact of technical design to security, performance and data privacy
