This role requires expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, design principles, and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate ideas through slides.
Key Responsibilities
1. Presentation Design & Development
Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations with visually appealing layouts.
Incorporate charts, graphs, infographics, and animations for better engagement.
Ensure content clarity, consistency, and alignment with branding guidelines.
2. Content Formatting & Enhancement
Structure information logically for better audience understanding.
Proofread and edit text for grammatical accuracy and clarity.
Optimize slide content for readability and impact.
3. Collaboration & Client Coordination
Work closely with teams, clients, or executives to understand their requirements.
Present draft designs and incorporate feedback for finalization.
Adapt presentations for different formats (print, webinars, conferences).
4. Animation & Multimedia Integration
Use animations, transitions, and multimedia elements to enhance engagement.
Incorporate high-quality images, videos, and icons for better storytelling.
Convert complex data into visually understandable graphics.
5. File Management & Delivery
Organize and maintain a library of templates and assets.
Ensure presentations are delivered in the required formats (PPT, PDF, etc.).
Optimize file size and performance for smooth delivery.
