BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

 Identify potential clients for Architecture Engineering Consultancy in the Real Estate Education and Corporate space Arrange introductory meetings with top management Prepare and present proposals and follow up to win new projects Track Tenders RFPs for new bids design competitions 

Manage the bidding process form JVs Consortiums with partner firms prepare bid documents followup till bid submission Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners local international for strategic tieups Form MoUs JVs with Architecture Engineering Infrastructure firms to expand geographic sectoral reach and firm capabilities 

Experience Min 2-3 years 

Salary As per industry norms Candidate s Profile Prior similar experience demonstrated skills for Architecture Engineering Infrastructure firms shall be a plus Excellent speaking presentation skills Excellent networking skills with the ability to establish contact at MDs and build relationships to win new projects Selfmotivated willing to learn execute various tasks to meet deadlines ARCHITECTS Creative Group is hiring Architects with 3-7 years of experience in the following 

Should have experience in managing a team of Architects and delivering project independently Aptitude towards design and command over 3D software Experience in following up on a project from inception to execution with a sensitive eye towards detail Ability to work on fastpaced large scale projects Creating presenting and implementing design concepts according to a clients needs Interacting with clients understanding requirements and working out interior solutions for the project Preparing technical drawings Preparing client presentations with products technical details recommendations
