Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Pre-Sales Clinical Advisor to join our customer-facing team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between clinical understanding and sales execution, helping prospective clients understand the medical and functional value of our products or services.
The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing, allied health sciences, or clinical practice, combined with strong communication skills and commercial awareness. You will work closely with the sales team to engage clients, deliver product demonstrations, support tender documentation, and ensure all clinical aspects of the offering are clearly communicated and validated.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Consultation & Product Knowledge

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the clinical use, benefits, and safety of the company’s products (e.g., diagnostic tools, surgical equipment, therapeutic devices, EMR systems).

Provide in-depth knowledge of the clinical workflow, patient benefits, and practical usage of the products in real-world healthcare settings.

Assist in interpreting clinical evidence, case studies, and trial data during pre-sales presentations.
2. Pre-Sales Support

Partner with the sales team to provide technical and clinical support during meetings, webinars, and site visits with prospective customers (clinics, hospitals, healthcare institutions).

Conduct product walkthroughs, live demos, and answer clinical queries related to functionality, effectiveness, patient safety, and evidence-based outcomes.

Customize presentations to highlight how the product solves specific problems for each client’s clinical team.
3. Customer Engagement

Interact with doctors, nurses, administrators, and procurement teams to understand their clinical requirements and decision-making processes.

Build trust by demonstrating clinical credibility and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.

Gather clinical feedback and relay it to internal teams for product development or improvement.
4. Documentation and Proposal Support

Contribute to the creation of technical and clinical sections of Request for Proposal (RFP), tender documents, or pitch decks.

Prepare clinical validation material, training guides, product brochures, and whitepapers for pre-sales use.

Ensure regulatory and compliance aspects are accurately presented in client-facing documents.
5. Internal Collaboration

Liaise with product management, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure accurate representation of clinical value in pre-sales activities.

Provide inputs for marketing content such as blogs, FAQs, and case studies from a clinical lens.

Attend internal training sessions to stay updated on new product releases, features, and upgrades.
6. Training and Education

Assist in training sales representatives and channel partners on basic clinical concepts related to the product line.

Provide onboarding support for new clients or clinical stakeholders, including hands-on sessions and Q&A.
