Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of bid pursuits comprising RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and /or proactive proposals.
  • Work closely with product SMEs to develop the solution and prepare the proposal
  • Prepare commercial simulations based on estimation details provided
  • Prepare bid pursuit budgets, as per requirement.
  • Ensure compliances on bid reviews and approvals, as per process.
  • Identify areas for bid process improvements and work closely with the relevant stakeholders for implementation of the recommendations.
  • Bid tracking and reporting (weekly / monthly), as per process.
  • Ability to manage bids/proposals independently from qualification to submission.
  • Drive and articulate proposition and solutions through artifacts and presentations, delivered to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate/Showcase product demonstrations, proof of concept creations
  • Creation of service offering kits, case studies and sales tool kits
Core Expertise:
  • Strong exposure in transportation Domain / ETC / TMS
  • 5-7 years of experience in presales
  • Exposure towards understanding software products and frameworks
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Strong written aptitude and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Flexible to work from remote and across time zones
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Effective problem solving skills.
