Job Description
- We are looking for a candidate having
domain knowledge of Accounts/ Finance/ Business Processes including
- Experience: 2+years
Experience in Pre-sales / Demo or
Implementation of Advance level Financial Accounting , Inventory Management, HR
related Software
- Tracking all calls from clients and ensures timely resolution by
troubleshooting application related issues.
- Providing solution
to client for L1 and L2 Support.
- Responsible for TAT of issues handled.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Responsible for
successful implementation and providing User Training.
- Excellent
Communication Skill
