Job Description

- The pre-sales executive will support our business development team in their mining efforts.
- To understand the portfolio of prospective customers
- Attend to customers phone calls and generate leads
- Provide BHIVE property information to customers via good communication and presentation skills
- Attend to website chat application promptly and manage leads
- Prepare sales reports and MIS reports
- Develop and maintain records of client communication and sales activity in internal systems
- Achieve monthly sales target as assigned
- In charge of end to end lead management
- Effective Communicator, Excellent communications skills is a must
- Possess customer-oriented attitude & should be goal oriented
- Should be courteous, professional and polite
- Ability to deal with telephone queries in a professional manner
- The ability to think on their feet, self-motivated and should be willing to work in a highly result oriented environment and a team player
