Role: Pre Sales Executive
Department : Business Development
Office Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
- Job Details - Handling inbound or outbound calls for Pre sales marketing related to Projects inquiries (Franchises & Licences), guiding them with queries, and efficient follow ups to investors or clients and maintaining high service standards
- Educate investors or clients for the current portfolio of all the projects, and setting up meetings for the Business Head/Sales Head.
- Proactively follow up with leads generated & ensure that the daily call targets are met.
- Coordination with BD team for all the projects and monitoring them with clients to ensure maximum lead conversion.
- Collate information on the calls made & update the same in the system
- .Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presenting the same on a timely basis.
