Role: Pre Sales Executive

Department : Business Development
Office Location: Santacruz, Mumbai

Job Details - Handling inbound or outbound calls for Pre sales marketing related to Projects inquiries (Franchises & Licences), guiding them with queries, and efficient follow ups to investors or clients and maintaining high service standards
Educate investors or clients for the current portfolio of all the projects, and setting up meetings for the Business Head/Sales Head.
Proactively follow up with leads generated & ensure that the daily call targets are met.
Coordination with BD team for all the projects and monitoring them with clients to ensure maximum lead conversion.
Collate information on the calls made & update the same in the system
.Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presenting the same on a timely basis.
