Job Description
Skill Sets: Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi, English Selling & Convincing skills required, MSOffice knowledge must. Should be able to perform under pressure, Work on targets.Profile:
- Calling up prospective property buyers, understanding their property requirement, and pitching the specific project assigned to you
- Post call identifying the matching projects for that prospect, collating the project details and communicating the same to the prospects
- Coordinating and following up with them and convincing them to come for site visits of their matching projects.
- Coordinating with the respective sale managers of the projects for the travel arrangement of the prospect and making sure the prospect visits maximum projects through our reference
- Accompanying the prospects during site-visits and take them to closure
