Job Description

Handling calls for pre-sales marketing related to projects inquiries, guiding them with directions, and efficient follow-ups to customers and maintaining high service standards.
Educate customer for the current portfolio of all the project, and book appointments for a site visit.
Attend to customer comforts, enhance customer experience & reduce service turn- around time.
Greets and directs all customers to the respective Sales Managers.
Handle all outbound sales enquiry calls as per the enquiry list, provide project information and converts enquiries into site visits - maximize site visits. (Incentives per site Visit).
Custodian of all enquiries and leads generated through campaigns on multiple media platforms.
Maintain sales call logs, visitors' records & forward Report/MIS to market & sales as scheduled.
Make entries of all the enquiries handled along with the rating om CRM Softwares.
