Job Description
- Handling calls for pre-sales marketing related to projects inquiries, guiding them with directions, and efficient follow-ups to customers and maintaining high service standards.
- Educate customer for the current portfolio of all the project, and book appointments for a site visit.
- Attend to customer comforts, enhance customer experience & reduce service turn- around time.
- Greets and directs all customers to the respective Sales Managers.
- Handle all outbound sales enquiry calls as per the enquiry list, provide project information and converts enquiries into site visits - maximize site visits. (Incentives per site Visit).
- Custodian of all enquiries and leads generated through campaigns on multiple media platforms.
- Maintain sales call logs, visitors' records & forward Report/MIS to market & sales as scheduled.
- Make entries of all the enquiries handled along with the rating om CRM Softwares.
