Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre Sales Executive to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support during the sales process. This role bridges the gap between the customer’s needs and the company’s solutions, ensuring a clear understanding of the products/services offered and their benefits.
The Pre-Sales Executive works closely with the sales team, product teams, and customers to deliver comprehensive, customized solutions. You will be expected to assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal creation while addressing any technical queries the customer might have.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
