Job Description

·         Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

·         Conduct market research to identify real estate trends and opportunities.

·         Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and brokers.

·         Arrange property visits and guide clients through the decision-making process.

·         Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully.

·         Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for property transactions.

·         Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Requirement Gathering

  • Identify Customer Needs: Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and objectives to propose the best-fit solutions.

  • Product Demonstrations: Provide product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

  • Solution Customization: Work with the sales team to customize solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with their objectives.

2. Proposal Development and Documentation

  • Prepare Proposals: Develop and submit detailed proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and timelines.

  • RFP Responses: Assist in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) by gathering necessary technical information and collaborating with relevant departments.

  • Solution Presentations: Create and deliver engaging presentations to prospects, effectively communicating the solution’s capabilities and value.

3. Collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams

  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand sales objectives, assist in lead qualification, and ensure that technical details align with customer needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, product development, and technical teams to understand product capabilities and how they can be customized for specific customers.

  • Internal Communication: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

4. Technical Expertise and Product Knowledge

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services, staying up to date with any new features or updates.

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitors’ products and solutions to provide clients with a competitive advantage.

  • Technical Support: Act as a technical consultant during the sales cycle, answering technical questions and addressing potential concerns from the client.

5. Lead Qualification and Pipeline Development

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify sales leads based on initial customer conversations and assessments, passing qualified leads to the sales team.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated and accurate sales pipeline in collaboration with the sales team, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Customer Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, acting as the first point of contact for any pre-sales inquiries.
