Pre Sales Executive
Job Description
Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements
Clearly communicate the value propositions of our offerings
Build strong client relationships through professional and persuasive communication
Assist the sales team by generating leads and nurturing prospects
Conduct market research and keep updated with real estate trends
Schedule site visits and coordinate with clients and sales teams
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis:

Interact with potential clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.

Analyze customer pain points and map them to product features or services offered.

Assist in identifying opportunities where company products/services can offer value.
2. Solution Presentation & Demonstration:

Prepare customized product presentations and demos.

Conduct product walkthroughs, webinars, or on-site demos for clients.

Explain technical and functional aspects of the product/service clearly and effectively.
3. Proposal & Documentation:

Assist the sales team in preparing RFPs, RFIs, and business proposals.

Create solution documents, technical presentations, and cost estimates.

Ensure all client communications are documented and shared with relevant internal teams.
4. Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and approaches.

Address client queries regarding product capabilities, integration, and scalability.

Act as a liaison between sales, product, and technical teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
5. Market & Product Research:

Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Gather and relay market intelligence and customer feedback to product development teams.

Suggest improvements in offerings based on client interactions and feedback.
