Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Qualification:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients

Qualify leads based on property interest, budget, location preferences, and urgency

Maintain lead database and update CRM with accurate and timely information
-
Categorize leads (hot/warm/cold) and pass qualified leads to the sales team for further action
Client Communication & Coordination:
-
Provide information about available properties, pricing, amenities, location benefits, and project features

Build relationships with prospective buyers through follow-up calls, messages, and regular updates

Schedule site visits for qualified leads and coordinate with sales and site teams

Share brochures, floor plans, price lists, and project videos digitally
Marketing Support:

Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, property portals, referrals, and events

Assist in telecalling and promotional campaigns to generate interest and inquiries

Track response rates and contribute feedback to the marketing team
Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain daily call reports, follow-up status, and site visit schedules
-
Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead quality, source performance, and conversion status

Assist in preparing MIS reports related to lead funnel and inquiry analysis
