Designation: Pre Sales Executive
Job Summary
- Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Making outbound calls for generating Appointments or Site Visits for the Project.
- Follow up with incoming leads.
- Generate leads/prospects over the phone.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and cater to the same accordingly.
- Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports.
- The candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal-oriented.
- The candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills.
- Excellent conversational and customer service.
- Multitasking ability.
- Capture and update customer information accurately.
- Call prospective clients and explain the project to them.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Entries of daily functionalities into ERP System
- Customer management
- Site Visits
- Quality of calling
