Job Description
Identify and pitch the right solutions to customers
Ability to upsell and cross-sell
Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
Handle customer meetings with techno-commercial discussions
Handle demos, seminars, POCs, etc.
Work closely with field sales and internal stakeholders
Coordinate with OEMs
Timely submission of reports to key stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis & Qualification:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand prospective clients’ needs and challenges.

Participate in client calls or meetings to gather detailed business and technical requirements.

Analyze RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs (Requests for Information), and client briefs to assess feasibility and match with company offerings.
2. Solution Presentation & Demonstration:
-
Deliver product demonstrations, webinars, and live presentations tailored to the client’s domain and requirements.

Showcase key features, use cases, and benefits of the company’s solutions in a persuasive and solution-driven manner.

Customize product walkthroughs using client-specific data or scenarios when required.
3. Proposal & Documentation Support:

Assist in preparing detailed technical proposals, solution documents, and cost estimates.

Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to create case studies, presentations, and collateral.

Ensure proposals meet client expectations, compliance standards, and are aligned with sales strategies.
4. Collaboration with Sales & Technical Teams:

Work closely with account executives, solution architects, and developers to align the proposed solution with technical capabilities.

Participate in internal strategy meetings to discuss project scopes, pricing strategies, and timeline estimates.

Serve as the knowledge link between the client’s expectations and the implementation team.
5. Market & Competitor Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.

Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market gaps.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling based on research and client profiling.
6. CRM and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and technical documentation in the CRM system.

Prepare weekly reports and analytics for management on client engagements and proposal statuses.

Track proposal win/loss ratios and analyze reasons to refine pre-sales strategies.
