Job Description

We are seeking two energetic Pre Sales Executive to join our real estate team. Your role will focus on generating and nurturing leads, building strong client relationships, and guiding them through the pre-sales process.

*Responsibilities:*

- Identify and qualify potential clients via various channels.

- Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their needs.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare presentations and proposals.

- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experiences.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

- 1-2 years in pre-sales or business development (real estate experience a plus).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software.

Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of the company's products or services, as well as the technical aspects of the solutions being presented.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical information in an easily understandable manner.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and client meetings efficiently.
