About Thomas & Brian Manufacturing Private Limited
Thomas & Brian Manufacturing Private Limited is a manufacturer of instrumentation valves & fittings for the past 3 decades. Our product range includes all types of instrumentation valves like instrument valve manifolds, needle valves, ball valves, pipe, and tube fittings, double block & bleed valves, mono flange valves, etc. Our organization's strength is 70 people including both blue and white-collar staff. We have close to 30 CNC turning and milling machines and other conventional machines. We also have an in-house forge shop.
About the internship
All the below-listed tasks will be provided in a checklist form that has to be followed based on which performance will be evaluated. If you prove yourself, a long-term opportunity will be offered. Do note, the detailed checklist will be provided once hired.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Lead generation activities:
1. Create collaterals to identify customers' problems and check with the team for documents/collaterals to validate
2. Nurture leads by sharing the company's marketing collaterals with them via electronic and social media
Lead validation:
1. Identify the needs of the prospective customers via phone calls or emails
2. Forward new customer queries & issues to the sales team
3. Coordinate between sales team & clients for business development
4. Support quality inputs and complete details of prospective customers to the sales team to convert the same into sales transactions to improve the cash flows
5. Call clients for testimonials
Database updation:
1. Maintain a database/activities and communicate updates in the CRM
Tasks and targets:
1. Adhere and comply with the guidelines /policies/processes set for the department
2. Comply with the pre-sales SOP checklist
