The Pre Sales Telecaller is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, qualifying leads, and generating interest in the company’s products or services through outbound and inbound calls. This role supports the sales team by nurturing early-stage prospects, gathering requirements, and scheduling appointments or product demos with sales executives.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong ability to build rapport over the phone. This role is crucial for creating a positive first impression, understanding customer needs, and driving conversions by ensuring that only quality leads are passed on to the sales team.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
• Explain property features, benefits, and pricing.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate property-related information.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and leads.
• Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [ English, Tamil, etc.].
• Confident, polite, and persuasive demeanor.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge
