Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Prep Chef and Beverage Maker. This dual-role position is ideal for someone passionate about food preparation and skilled in creating a wide variety of beverages, including coffee, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks. As part of our back-of-house and beverage team, you will play an essential role in ensuring a smooth kitchen workflow while also delivering high-quality beverages that meet our standards.
This position requires a hands-on approach, a strong sense of time management, excellent hygiene practices, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Prep Chef and Beverage Maker is expected to support chefs in preparing ingredients and dishes, while also interacting with front-of-house staff or customers (if applicable) to prepare and serve beverages with consistency and flair.
Responsibilities:

Prepare matcha drinks (cold/hot)

Make coffee (brewed & iced)

Assemble sandwiches neatly & consistently

Maintain kitchen cleanliness & hygiene

Basic cleaning (dishes, surfaces, tools)

Packing orders with aesthetic care
Skills Needed:

Knows how to use a sandwich press / whisk / French press
