Job Description

    Qualification/Experience  

       Degree  with Minimum one year sales experience

    Key Responsibilities:
    ---------------------------
    Sell IBDs Product Cohesive (New generation Digital solution for Education Institutes ) to Educational Institutes across southern Region of India

    Proactive lead generation through marketing efforts and event participation. (will require travel to clients on short notice).

    Make cold calls and reach out to Senior Education Institute officials and Consultants to seek an appointment for self and for the team. Keep the dialogues alive with continual client engagement

    Identification of key executive decision-makers, the establishment of strong relationships with each, the identification of opportunities across the Smart City portfolio and overlooking pricing and contracting of proposals

    Help prepare and maintain marketing sales collaterals

    Identifying and generating new leads and closed opportunities through a deeper and broader engagement with assigned clients

    - Maintaining a pipeline of qualified, active opportunities and managing them to closure working alongside presales, product and solution teams

    Tight management of pipeline for the closure of committed opportunities in targeted timeframes

    Develop, document and gain agreement on the Domestic account sales strategy and account management plan in alignment with internal stakeholders

    Assist in formulation, development and implementation of revenue-generating strategies and policies for continued growth and success of the Smart Cities Vertical

    Responsible for stakeholder engagement, and ongoing reviews with Marketing Head and Managing Director

    Other key responsibilities in alignment with Organizational Strategic Objectives and Goals that will be updated from time to time

    Directly accountable/responsible for successful sales

    Day-to-day responsibility for pipeline management, proposal and contractual management, and contract quality assurance and compliance.

    Presentation/Marketing Skills, Teamwork, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Expense Account Management, and Excellent Computer Skills are some of the additional skills considered important.

    Extensive travel required.

    Excellent attention to detail

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) with special focus on client-centric technical presentations with commercial acumen

    Work methodically in tight schedules.

    Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.

    Having Experience in Education institutes product selling is highly preferred
