Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for driving opportunities, while adding value to end-end sales cycle
- Participate and team up with sales, delivery and account managers to provide complete solutions to customers
- Map competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies, often in conjunction with management team
- Work with Account Executives and other individuals within the sales group to maximize revenue potential by equipping them with the relevant material (RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, Solutions, Pricing, Proposal, SOWs etc.)
- Creative technical writing and content creation in a global, dynamic and fast paced environment
- Candidate should be able to conjure up new and interesting ways of conveying the message to the audience
- Analyze Sales/Presales requirements and prepare customized content to be used in proposals/documents.
- Proactively review existing material/collaterals and works toward improving their content/graphic quality
- Apply qualitative and quantitative research techniques for data interpretation
- Willing to be part of a fast growing and dynamic organization, with high visibility and contribution to organizational results
- Aggressive and self-motivated candidate, who knows the importance of playing in a team
- Exceptional inter-personal, cognitive and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication, coupled with strong presentation skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies, processes and cultures
- Knowledge of MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel, and MS-Visio.
- Courses/trainings in the field (IMS) will be an added advantage.
