Job Description

Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – EdTech (Work From Home | Day Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: Up to ₹19,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are hiring Pre-Sales Executives for our EdTech division to handle student inquiries, provide course information, and convert leads into enrollments. This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity with a fixed day shift and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and attend inbound calls to students and parents.

  • Explain courses, fees, and benefits clearly and confidently.

  • Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs.

  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing team.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and Excel sheets.

  • Achieve daily call and monthly enrollment targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in Pre-Sales / Academic Counselor / Telecaller / Inside Sales (EdTech preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).

  • Must have own laptop and stable internet connection.

  • Ability to work independently from home.
