Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Day-to-day interactions with the Customers to share project-specific details
• Responsible for handling all customers inquiries
• Follow up with clients for Site visits & Revisits
• Coordination with sales team for lead reallocations and site visits
• Follow up with customers to further the closure process
• Should be adept at client Relationship Management

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a real estate Pre-sales role/Banking
• Good communication skills (written and Oral)
