l Make 200–250 outbound calls per day to leads provided by the company
l Qualify franchise leads based on predefined criteria
l Clearly explain The Thick Shake Factory franchise concept and offerings
l Schedule and confirm meetings for the sales/business development team
l Maintain accurate call records and lead updates in CRM or tracking sheets
l Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales funnel
l Meet daily and weekly calling and meeting-setup targets
