Job Description

This is an on-site role for a Preschool Daycare Teacher( 2ND SHIFT 3.30PM TO 7.30PM) at Petals Kids Preschool and Daycare located at Salunke Vihar, Pune. The candidate should be quick learner, energetic, active and engaged in some hobbies like art/craft/drawing/music/dance/colouring/yoga etc.

A Preschool Daycare Teacher is primarily responsible for:

Ø Understanding of child development stages

Ø Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children

Ø Actively engaging them in age-appropriate learning activities while monitoring their development,

Ø Maintaining open communication with parents, and

Ø Ensure adherence of childcare regulations

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ø Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding. 

Ø Physical fitness, ability to lift and carry children, kneel on the floor, and participate in active play.

Skills Required:

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi). Marathi is preferred.

Ø  Experience in working on digital platforms like facebook, Insta, making reals /editing videos etc. 

Preference:
Prior experience working with young children in a daycare setting is beneficial.
